Robert Bobroczkyi

Robert Bobroczkyi (born July 17, 2000, in Arad, Romania) is a Romanian-born, ethnic Hungarian screen artist known for bringing an instantly striking physical presence to the camera. Often referenced under anglicized spellings of his name, he first gained international attention for his extraordinary height—measured at 2.31 m (7 ft 7 in)—which made him a standout figure well before his acting work.

Before appearing on screen, Bobroczkyi pursued competitive basketball. He relocated to the United States in 2016, attending high school in Geneva, Ohio, and later continued his collegiate career at Rochester Christian University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, playing through the 2021–2022 season. That athletic background helped shape his discipline and on-camera physicality.

In entertainment, Bobroczkyi is best known for his role as the Offspring in Alien: Romulus, where his distinctive silhouette and movement translate into memorable genre imagery. He is also associated with Backrooms, further linking his work to contemporary horror and sci-fi storytelling.

With a rare combination of sports pedigree and visual singularity, Bobroczkyi continues to draw interest as a performer in projects that benefit from bold, unforgettable character design.
