Ruaridh Mollica
Ruaridh Mollica (also credited as Ruaridh Silvio James MacGillivray-Mollica) is a Scottish-Italian screen actor, writer, and director, born on October 14, 1999, in Prato, Tuscany, Italy. Working across film and television, he has steadily built a profile through character-driven roles and contemporary genre projects.
Mollica earned major attention for his performance as Max in Sebastian (2024), which brought him a nomination at the British Independent Film Awards—an important milestone that underscored his growing reputation in UK cinema. In the same year, he was also selected as one of Screen International’s 2024 Rising Stars Scotland, marking him as a talent to watch.
On TV, he appeared in Channel 5’s Witness Number 3 and BBC Three’s Red Rose (both 2022), expanding his reach with mainstream audiences. His film credits include Too Rough and Boys on Film 23: Dangerous to Know (as Nick), Sukkwan Island (as Roy, adult), The Bird Feeder (as Jimmy), Tell It to the Bees, and The Method.
