Ryan Heller

Ryan Heller is an American film producer known for shaping distinctive feature films and premium nonfiction projects. Working primarily in production and development, he has built a reputation for championing director-driven storytelling across both cinema and documentary.

He currently serves as Executive Vice President at Topic Studios, overseeing film and documentary initiatives. Before joining Topic, Heller worked at Starz as Senior Director of Acquisitions and Distribution for the company’s feature film division, where he helped guide titles from acquisition through release strategy.

Heller’s producing credits include the features The Climb, The Nowhere Inn, Bring Your Own Brigade, The Mauritanian, and Spencer. On television, he has produced the series Love Fraud, 100 Foot Wave, and Nuclear Family, reflecting a consistent focus on character, craft, and real-world urgency.
