Steve Toussaint

Steve Toussaint (also credited as 스티브 투상) is a British screen actor and writer, born on March 22, 1965, in Birmingham, England. He first became widely recognized in the 1990s for his work on ITV’s long-running crime drama The Knock, where his steady, authoritative presence helped make him a familiar face to UK audiences.

Over the years, Toussaint has built a versatile film résumé spanning action, drama, and genre storytelling. Notable credits include Shooting Dogs (as Roland), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (as Seso), Flight of Fury (as Ratcher), Macbeth (as Lennox), Dog Eat Dog (as Darcy), Doomwatch: Winter Angel (as Luke), Gassed Up (as Roy), and I.D. (as Shadwell Fan).

On television, he has continued to expand his range with appearances in acclaimed series including Line of Duty, Lewis, Pine Gap, and Steve McQueen’s Small Axe: Red, White and Blue. More recently, he has reached a global audience as Lord Corlys Velaryon in HBO’s fantasy epic House of the Dragon.
