Theresa Park
Theresa Park (born 1967) is a New York–based literary agent and producer whose work bridges publishing and screen development. In production, she is best known for building projects through her company Per Capita Productions, where she helps shape television and feature-film slates with major studio and independent partners.
As a producer, Park has developed TV series in collaboration with platforms such as Apple and Amazon Studios, while also advancing feature films with companies including A24, Universal, Cinereach, Anonymous Content, and FilmNation, among others. Her reputation is rooted in pairing strong storytelling with market-savvy packaging across media.
Park is also a co-founder of Park & Fine Literary and Media and has worked as a literary agent since 1994. Her client list includes high-profile novelists such as Nicholas Sparks, Debbie Macomber, Janice Y.K. Lee, Taylor Jenkins Reid, Cecelia Ahern, and Deborah Harkness—voices whose books often attract screen interest.
Raised largely across Germany, Lebanon, and Austria, Park later studied in the United States, attending UC Santa Cruz and earning a law degree from Harvard Law School after graduating from the American International School in Vienna. She is fluent in German and also speaks French.
