Tom Everett Scott
Tom Everett Scott (born September 7, 1970, in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts) is an American screen actor recognized for personable leading turns and sharp supporting work across film and television. He is also known as تام اورت اسکات in Arabic-language listings.
Scott broke through in cinema as drummer Guy Patterson in That Thing You Do!, a role that helped define his early career. He went on to headline genre fare as Andy McDermott in An American Werewolf in Paris and has continued to build a varied filmography with credits including The Love Letter (Johnny), Because I Said So (Jason), and the true-crime drama The Good Father: The Martin MacNeill Story (Martin MacNeill).
On television, Scott has been a steady presence in both drama and genre series. His notable roles include Detective Russell Clarke on Southland and Charles Garnett on Z Nation, alongside recurring arcs on shows such as ER, Beauty & the Beast, Scream, Reign, and 13 Reasons Why.
