Vince Vaughn

Vince Vaughn (Vincent Anthony Vaughn) is an American screen actor, comedian, writer, and producer, born March 28, 1970, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After getting his start in the late 1980s with small TV appearances, he broke through in the mid-1990s and quickly became known for his fast-talking charisma and offbeat comic timing.

Vaughn’s rise was fueled by the indie hit Swingers, where he played Trent Walker, a performance that helped define a new era of smart, conversational comedy. He soon pivoted to major studio projects, including The Lost World: Jurassic Park as Nick Van Owen, proving he could hold his own in big-budget blockbusters.

Over the years, he has balanced crowd-pleasing comedies with darker, more surprising turns—ranging from Mr. & Mrs. Smith (Eddie) and Be Cool (Raji) to Into the Wild (Wayne Westerberg). He also took on a bold reinterpretation of Norman Bates in Psycho, underscoring his willingness to stretch beyond his signature persona.

Known internationally under names such as 文斯·沃恩, ヴィンス・ヴォーン, and 빈스 본, Vaughn remains a durable Hollywood presence whose filmography spans satire, action, drama, and holiday favorites like Fred Claus.
