Will Greenfield
Will Greenfield is an American film and television production professional best known for his work in production management and producing. Raised in Bullitt County, Kentucky, he studied broadcasting in college with a minor in theatre arts, starting out in local TV before moving into the film industry as a production assistant.
Greenfield steadily climbed the production ladder, progressing from assistant roles to production coordinator and ultimately becoming a unit production manager. He has described the UPM as the point person for “below-the-line” execution—overseeing crew operations, managing the below-the-line budget, hiring office and accounting staff, and coordinating the logistics that keep stages and locations running smoothly.
Over time, he broadened his scope into producing and executive producing. A key milestone is HBO’s Euphoria (2019), where he served as Unit Production Manager in the show’s early phase and later as an Executive Producer. In 2022, he was part of the producing team nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series for Euphoria.
In recognition of his impact across film and television production, the Fargo Film Festival honored Greenfield with the Ted M. Larson Award in 2024, highlighting a career defined by hands-on leadership and high-level producing work.
