Zo In-sung
Zo In-sung (조인성; 趙寅成; also credited as Cho In-sung) is a South Korean screen artist born on July 28, 1981, in Seoul. A prominent presence in Korean film and television for more than two decades, he is admired for moving effortlessly between tender romantic leads and tougher, morally complex characters.
After beginning in modeling, Zo transitioned into acting and quickly drew attention for his early television work, earning a Best Young Actor honor at the 14th KBS Drama Awards for his debut drama. His popularity expanded through hit series such as What Happened in Bali, That Winter, The Wind Blows, and Moving, where his grounded intensity and emotional clarity became signature strengths.
On the big screen, he has built a varied filmography that includes The Classic (Sang-min), the gritty crime drama A Dirty Carnival (Kim Byung-doo), and the historical romance A Frozen Flower (Hong-rim). Additional credits span Hope (Sung-ki), Madeleine (Ji-suk), Public Toilet (Cho), Love Impossible (Kim Cheol-su), and Humint (Manager Zo).
