Bill Skarsgård (Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård) is a Swedish screen actor born on August 9, 1990, in Vällingby, Sweden. Known for his transformative physicality and voice work, he has become a standout presence across horror, action, and character-driven drama.

He gained worldwide recognition for embodying Pennywise in It (2017) and It Chapter Two (2019), later returning to the universe with the prequel series It: Welcome to Derry. His genre credentials also include series turns in Hemlock Grove and Castle Rock, plus chilling film work such as Barbarian and Nosferatu.
