Cheri Oteri

Cheri Oteri (also credited as Cheryl Ann Oteri) is an American actress and comedian born on September 19, 1962, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Known for her high-energy character work and sharp comedic timing, she became a familiar face in mainstream comedy during the late 1990s.
