Florence Pugh

Florence Pugh (born January 3, 1996, in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England) is an English actor known for fearless choices and emotionally precise performances across indie drama and blockbuster franchises. Over the past decade, she has earned major industry recognition, including a British Independent Film Award and nominations for an Academy Award and multiple BAFTAs.

Pugh made her screen debut in The Falling as Abbie Mortimer, then drew wider attention through acclaimed independent work and prestige television. Her breakout year came in 2019, when a run of standout roles cemented her as a global talent—culminating in an Oscar nomination for her portrayal of Amy March in Little Women.

She has since become a key presence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Yelena Belova, with appearances tied to Hawkeye and behind-the-scenes features like Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of Hawkeye.
