Frank Giustra

Frank Giustra (born August 1, 1957, in Greater Sudbury, Canada) is a Canadian entrepreneur and philanthropist best known in screen credits for his role in building a major entertainment company. He is widely recognized as the founder of Lionsgate Entertainment and the film studio Lionsgate Films, which grew into a prominent force in international film and television.

Beyond the screen industry, Giustra has built a long career in finance and natural resources, becoming a notable mining financier. He has led the Fiore Group of Companies as CEO and has held senior roles in organizations focused on global policy, including serving as co-chair of the International Crisis Group think tank.

In merchant banking, he chaired Endeavour Financial from 2001 to 2007, a period in which the firm helped finance mining ventures. His public profile has also included controversy, with reports linking him to the Uranium One narrative following a $31.3 million donation to the Clinton Foundation.
