Jonathan Glickman
Jonathan Glickman (born May 18, 1969, in Detroit, Michigan) is an American film producer and studio executive known for shaping major theatrical slates and guiding film divisions through changing industry eras.
Glickman rose to prominence as a key leader at MGM, serving as President of the MGM Motion Picture Group from 2011 to 2020. During that tenure, he helped steer the studio’s feature-film strategy, overseeing development and production decisions across a wide range of projects.
In 2024, he took on a new chapter as CEO of Miramax, beginning April 2, 2024. The move underscored his reputation as a producer-executive with experience balancing creative ambition with the demands of modern distribution and franchise-driven filmmaking.
With roots in production and a track record in top studio leadership, Glickman remains a notable figure in Hollywood’s behind-the-scenes landscape, recognized for his influence on how films are packaged, financed, and brought to audiences.
