Lindsey Collins

Lindsey Collins is an American producer and studio executive whose career has been closely tied to Pixar Animation Studios. She joined Pixar in 1997 and steadily moved through key production roles on landmark films such as A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 2, Finding Nemo, and Ratatouille. Along the way, she also stepped into the booth, voicing Mia in Cars and related shorts, including Air Mater and Mater Private Eye.

Before Pixar, Collins spent three years at Walt Disney Feature Animation, overseeing creative teams on major releases including Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Hercules. She later co-produced WALL·E with Jim Morris and director Andrew Stanton, a film that earned the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and additional industry honors for its animation achievements.

Collins went on to produce Finding Dory, which garnered recognition from groups like the Producers Guild of America and the Visual Effects Society. After its release, she became Pixar’s Vice President of Development, helping launch the SparkShorts program to nurture new voices and explore bold, short-form storytelling.

Promoted to Senior Vice President of Development in 2022, Collins now guides development across features and streaming projects as part of Pixar’s creative leadership. She produced Domee Shi’s Turning Red, a widely acclaimed film that earned major awards nominations, and has continued to shape Pixar’s slate as an executive producer and producer on upcoming projects.
