In 2001, Siega expanded into high-profile commercial directing after signing with Hungryman Films. He later became a sought-after television director, with credits on acclaimed series such as Dexter, True Blood, Cold Case, and Veronica Mars.

Siega also served as co-executive producer on The Vampire Diaries, directing its pilot and additional episodes. In features, his film Pretty Persuasion (2005) earned Sundance recognition with a Grand Jury Prize nomination, underscoring his range beyond music-driven work.
