Olivia Hamilton

Olivia Hamilton (born June 3, 1987) is an American screen artist known for acting and producing, with a profile shaped by character-driven, contemporary cinema. She is also credited as 올리비아 해밀턴 and has built a body of work that blends sharp comedic timing with grounded dramatic presence.

Hamilton is widely associated with filmmaker Damien Chazelle, appearing in several of his features, including La La Land (as Bree, the “Gluten Free Girl”), First Man (as Patricia White), and Babylon (as Ruth Adler). Across these projects, she often brings a memorable specificity to supporting roles, adding texture to ensemble storytelling.

Beyond film sets, Hamilton has pursued community-focused leadership. In 2013 she launched the PLAY initiative, a guided experience designed to help participants reconnect with playfulness and a sense of childhood curiosity. She has also served as president of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Foundation of California, reflecting an ongoing commitment to advocacy and impact.
