Thom Zadra

Thom Zadra (also credited as Thomas Zadra) is a screen-industry executive best known for his work in production operations and legal leadership. He is recognized for guiding complex studio and streaming businesses where strategy, dealmaking, and day-to-day execution intersect.

Zadra serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at Miramax. In 2024, he rejoined the company, marking a return to the place where he began his career more than 20 years earlier. His homecoming also builds on his earlier tenure at Miramax, where he previously held the role of Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs.
