Wrenn Schmidt (also credited as Melinda Wrenn Schmidt) is an American screen actress born on February 18, 1983, in Lexington, South Carolina. Known for intelligent, grounded performances, she has built a career spanning prestige television and independent film, often portraying characters with quiet authority and emotional complexity.

Schmidt is widely recognized for her breakout work on Apple TV+’s For All Mankind, where she plays NASA engineer and flight director Margo Madison, a role that became a defining showcase of her range.
